I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and well-maintained daily, and I enjoyed the mountain view. The location was close to the shopping mall, which was convenient. However, the service was not as friendly as I would have liked, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, which was excellent. However, it was even noisier than I expected; I could hardly hear myself think with hysterical women next door. The service was average; the staff was accommodating, except during check-in, where there were some issues. The location was a bit out of the way for my liking, not near public transportation, and the dining options were limited with an extra charge for breakfast upgrades. Overall, it was okay for the price paid.
The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms, but some issues like additional charges for items like tea bags and paper cups, non-working lifts, and delayed check-in can detract from the experience. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, although noise from neighboring guests was a downside.
The hotel is excellent being directly across the road from Guildford mall and many eateries. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable with a warm welcome at day's end. The service is courteous and helpful, except for check-in. The dining experience was improved by going to the restaurant for a good breakfast. The only downside is the location being out of the way with no areas to stroll around.
The hotel is situated just outside the city, about a 5-minute drive off Highway 1. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but lacking a fridge. The location may be challenging for travelers, requiring a 15-minute drive to reach the nearest sky train. The dining experience at MIXT Restaurant/Lounge off the lobby was enjoyable, but an upgrade regretted for breakfast. The facilities are decent, with friendly staff available for room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping.
I had a stunning view of the mountains from my room, which was quite large and comfortable. However, little things like being charged for extra tea bags and paper cups, non-working lifts, and a delay of 60 minutes after the 4 pm check-in somewhat marred the overall experience. Despite that, the hotel always maintained a very quiet atmosphere.
