However, it was even noisier than I expected; I could hardly hear myself think with hysterical women next door. The service was average; the staff was accommodating, except during check-in, where there were some issues. The location was a bit out of the way for my liking, not near public transportation, and the dining options were limited with an extra charge for breakfast upgrades. Overall, it was okay for the price paid.

The hotel is excellent being directly across the road from Guildford mall and many eateries. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable with a warm welcome at day's end. The service is courteous and helpful, except for check-in. The dining experience was improved by going to the restaurant for a good breakfast. The only downside is the location being out of the way with no areas to stroll around.
